2 Tbsp. goat cheese
1/2 tsp. olive oil
Pinch of chopped garlic
Pinch of black pepper
Pinch of basil
2 pieces of puff pastry
Softened butter
Mix goat cheese with a little olive oil, chopped garlic, pepper and basil to taste. Spoon mixture between two layers of puff pastry (pastry crust may be used). Place into buttered pie iron and cook until puffed and crispy.
