1/2 c. olive oil
2 T. white wine vinegar
3 T. chopped fresh dill
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 lb. shrimp, peeled and deveined
5 slices very lean bacon
Mix oil, vinegar, dill and garlic cloves and pour over shrimp. Marinate in the refrigerator overnight. Cut bacon strips into thirds. Wrap bacon around shrimp and secure with a toothpick. Grill over medium flame for 7 - 8 minutes or broil 4 minutes on each side.
