1 small onion, chopped
2 tablespoons margarine
1 cup long grain rice
2 10-3/4 ounce cans beef consumé
Preheat oven to 350°. Sauté chopped onion in the margarine. Put onion, rice,
and undiluted consumé in a 2-quart cassarole. Cover and bake 1 hour until all liqued is absorbed.
This is an excellent accompaniment for
Herbed Parmesan Pork Chops.
