Handcrafted Select Cedar construction

• Frame is built from Select Cedar, naturally rot resistant and suitable for edible plants.

Removable planter box inserts

• Includes three standard 17-inch plastic flower-box inserts — two for the planter plus one spare.
• Soil sits inside the inserts instead of directly against the wood, helping prevent rot and extending the life of the cedar frame. The inserts are made from polypropylene, a very stable plastic trusted in commercial food-growing systems that keeps soil away from the wood while staying safe for herbs and vegetables.
• Inserts can be filled at a table or potting bench, then dropped into the frame when ready.
• Easy to empty and clean between seasons, making replanting simpler and less messy.
• The spare insert can be used to start new seedlings so the planter never has an empty tier.
